We are looking for a junior sous chef in this beautiful rustic pub serving only home-made food using ingredients from a wealth of local suppliers.

As junior sous you will be able to have input on the menu and create new dishes as well as assisting the chef with the day to day running of the kitchen.

If you are a senior chef de partie and looking to take your first steps into the sous chef world this is the job for you and the head chef has come from a Michelin back ground so there is a wealth of experience to be gained.
