Jubilee are looking for experienced and motivated general assistant ready to take on a new challenge. What is a general assistant?
- A general assistant is a multi skilled hospitality operative. Someone who consistently delivers good hospitality and event service both front of house and back of house.
Basic Front of house duties include:
- Meet, great and seat customers – To treat all customers, colleagues and visitors in a polite and courteous manner at all times. To give prompt, caring and helpful service.
- Taking orders and serving both food & drink in a timely and efficient manner.
- Clearing tables and maintaining restaurant, café, canteen in line with company ‘best practice’ and current Health & Safety legislation.
Basic Back of house duties include:
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
- Collect and wash glassware and crockery
