My client is looking for a Head Waiter/ress for their quirky site in Worcester. You will be based in the vibrant surroundings of the racing themed bar that has eccentric décor and is home furnished for a cosy experience in a countryside setting, a leisurely walk from the Cotswold Hills.

The successful Head Waiter or Waitress will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the restaurant area and management of the waiting team, motivating a team and managing performance, ensure guests receive the highest level of customer service and to deal with any difficult situations or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Having good knowledge and knowing all menu items, understanding the preparation methods and ingredients used to share with our guests.
The ideal Head Waiter/Waitress will be professional and highly organised. Should have previous experience in a similar setting and show a real passion for providing the highest levels of customer service and having a good wine knowledge. It is essential that you have a friendly yet professional approach and you are a strong team player. The successful Head Waiter/ess should lead by example and maintain a high performance across the team.
