The successful candidate will
- Be passionate about the hospitality industry
- Have supervisory experience, be confident and professional in supporting a team
- Have a friendly and highly professional approach to his/her job
- Be a team player always and bring a positive attitude to the job
- Have excellent communication skills both with internal and external customers
- Have previous experience in a similar standard Restaurant 2,3 rosette (and/or) 4,5 star hotel or higher
- Have an excellent knowledge of food & wine
