Jubilee are looking to recruit a Head waiter to join a high end traditional country pub that offers contemporary top quality cuisine in a welcoming and cosy environment.
You will be joining an experienced team that includes Michelin star trained Exec Chef who is ready to make some awards of his own.
As the Head waiter you will be expected to have excellent product knowledge on fine ingredients and dishes, whilst supervising and motivating a small team and ensuring constant levels of finesse and customer satisfaction are achieved.

As Head waiter you will be required to:
Ensure there is a consistent professional and high level of service, which goes beyond guests expectations.
Have a full knowledge of menu items and ingredients and assist the guests with menu choices in an informative and helpful way.
Ensure orders are taken promptly and delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
Support the management in training new team members.
The ideal Head waiter candidate will:
Have a strong team work ethic.
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.
Have experience working in a fine dining setting.
Significant experience in a similar position is essential.
Enthusiastic and positive personality.

A Great base salary between £17000/£18000 depending on experience.
