A head pastry chef is needed to run and develop this fresh food home produced site using only the best local ingredients.
The head chef is looking for a creative pastry chef to work along side him developing new dishes and ideas producing high end desserts for this multi outlet site.
The salary is £28,000 with live in accommodation for 3 to 5 months to get you settled in working 5 days out of 7 primarily doing straight shifts.
This role would suit a dedicated pastry sous chef or CDP looking to take the next step in their career as Head Pastry Chef with a better work life balance.
The role involves developing current and new ideas, creating new dishes along side the chef and his team, creating new menus for both the restaurants and events and of course training the staff beneath you. If you love doing all this then this is the job for you!
