For the right candidate this site is looking to pay up to £30,000 for this position leading a team of two with the help of a third. You will be using the finest ingredients and equipment in this busy multi outlet site.
You will be expected to make all the desserts for the 2 AA restaurant, the bar, conference & Banqueting and of course afternoon tea all to the highest possible standard. There is great potential in this site who are looking to gain a third rosette in the future.
