We are looking for a talented 2 rosette pastry chef to head up the pastry team creating exciting new deserts and afternoon teas in this amazing country house hotel in the heart of Leicestershire.
You will be working straight shifts consisting of around 8 hours on a morning or evening shift creating luxury desserts and afternoon teas using only the finest ingredients and top end equipment, organising your own team of pastry chefs and creating your own menus.
If this is for you then you can expect a salary of up to £27,000 with live in available for the first few months to help you relocate if needed.

The Head Chef is also interested in any pastry CDP’s and demi pastry CDP’s
As Pastry chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.
– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry
– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
The Pastry chef role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
– Carrying out pastry chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
