Jubilee talent are currently recruiting for a hands on Head Housekeeper to lead and inspire a diverse team of twelve staff members, to maintain and deliver on exceptional standards of cleanliness throughout a four star Hotel environment.
As Head Housekeeper you will be required to:
Compile weekly rotas ensuring all shifts are covered in line with occupancy levels.
Create departmental standard operating procedures
Recruit, lead, develop and appraise staff
To maintain inventory levels.
Responsible for ensuring orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations.
The ideal Head Housekeeper candidates will:
Have previous experience as atleast at Deputy Head Housekeeper level.
Confident and presentable as you will be required to interact with guests.
Excellent attention to detail.
Have an excellent command of verbal and written English.
As Head Housekeeper you will:
Receive a generous salary of £22000.00
28 days holidays including bank holidays.
