My Client are searching for a head chef for their unique venue. Catering for up to 150 covers banqueting the role will see the successful head chef work the hours needed dependant on the business. This could mean working a 6 day 60 hour week one week but other weeks as little as 30 hours a week. Serving traditional fayre the head chef will write their own menus in that style.

The head chef will be responsible for all sides of the kitchen from menu writing, stock control and HACCP. Currently this is a one man job with casual staff called in when needed so it does require someone that is willing to role up their sleeves and do all parts of the kitchen.

This role is a great role looking for some more time at home, maybe someone looking for a role with a little less pressure or a sous chef looking for their first head chef role
