Are you an experienced Head Chef looking for a new challenge, this bespoke Stunning Restaurant is looking for a Head Chef to lead the brigade?

THE JOB:

  • Full menu autonomy using produce grown on the farm
  • Leading the team and training new chefs
  • Work closely with the onsite butchers to showcase the amazing produce.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Understands the importance of using the whole animal and enjoys
  • cooking with all cuts.
  • Cares deeply about seasonality and sustainability in their cooking.
  • Has good leadership skills and believes in a creating a positive working
  • environment.
  • Values the benefit of grass-fed regenerative farming in creating superior
  • produce.
  • Can be flexible in their menu development, and dynamic with changes,
  • working with the butcher to create dishes depending on what is coming out of the butchery.
  • Will have experience / passion for robata cookery.
