The role:
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver fresh, high-quality meals
- Oversee menu planning, stock control, and ordering
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Deliver consistency while managing kitchen budgets effectively
About you:
- Experienced Head Chef (or strong Sous Chef ready to step up)
- Passionate about fresh food and team leadership
- Strong organisational and communication skills
