This contract catering company has a portfolio of different properties from B & I, private schools, conferencing venues and Universities.
The difference between this Contract Catering Head Chef’s job and others that it is high end – all the food is made on site and most chefs in the brigade have a background in Rosettes/Michelin.
The ideal Head Chef will have a nice blend of restaurant/hotel experience as a well as experience in volume and will come from a fresh food background and be up to date with modern food trends and sustainability.
This is a must due to the company’s philosophy.
