This role is perfect for a Head Chef looking to make a name for themselves.

You will be given full support of the owners to build the reputation and food offering of the hotel, and take the food in whichever direction you wish.

The owners are also looking to have the kitchen refitted once a stable new team is in place.

Live-in Accommodation is also available if you are looking to relocate. The live-in accommodation is onsite so you would only be a short walk to work.

The Hotel is set within Snowdonia National Park and so is surrounded by stunning scenery that set the backdrop to the restaurant where you will be serving some of the very best produce Wales has to offer.

This is an exciting opportunity as the hotel are looking for someone to take full control of the kitchen and really push the hotel forward and build your own team around you.
