A Head Chef is required for a permanent contract working for a fresh food gastro pub operation in Worcestershire. The owner is looking for someone who is driven and has all round kitchen skills with the ability to work to a high standard using only the best local suppliers in the area.
You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days in a hands on role.

As Head Chef, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications to the role:-
The Head Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following:-
– Ensuring that all food produced is consistent and to the very highest standards.
– Ensuring that all Health & Safety requirements are met with support from the owner.
