This Hotel is looking for a Head Chef to come in a lead the food offering in a new direction.
Banqueting experience is essential for this role as the hotel has 4 large function rooms as well as a busy restaurant.
You will be able to implement your own menus within the banqueting suits and restaurant as there is no company standard.
