We are recruiting for a Head Chef to work at a beautiful boutique hotel on the south coast.

This Hotel is part of a worldwide group of hotels that pride themselves on fresh food.  You will be a head chef working in a team of 3 staff, working no more than 48 hours per week. You will be finished by 8pm every day.

This is a unique hotel where there is no actual restaurant service, or lunch service.  You will be cooking breakfast for up to 35 covers and then preparing a pre ordered menu for the same customers in the evening.

If you are a Head chef and looking for the challenge of running a kitchen but with out the stress that can come with it.  This is the Head chef role for you.
