You will be managing a small brigade in this busy little gastro-pub in the summer you can expect to regularly do 200 covers a day. The pub is part of a small group of pubs, family owned and have regular money invested in them. The family own a local farm which is where they source the meat for the pub from.
My client is looking to pay up to £28k plus bonus for this head chef role where you would be expected to reach financial targets, while managing the small brigade. This role would suit an energetic Head Chef, it is a hands on role where training and developing the brigade will be important as you improve standards at this property.
