We are keen to find a Head Chef or Executive Chef to manage 4 Restaurants offering 4 dining options within a large Business/Retail linked food court in a central Mecca location. These 4 small restaurants provide options for Italian, Chinese, Fish/Seafood and a French Brasserie/Cafe style outlet.

You will have input into sourcing, purchasing, training, menu development and service delivery as well as the usual day to day operational duties that come with managing 4 busy restaurant outlets.

Experience in a variety of types of cuisine is important, but your ability to train a team is essential as these types of dishes are very new to this brigade. Consistency is essential, as are staff morale and development.
