My client, a rosetted property in Gloucester, is looking for a head chef for their 40 cover restaurant. The property has the restaurant trade, a small function space and an outside terrace. The manager has a kitchen background and is looking for someone to drive the business forward.
The successful head chef will be used to working with fresh food in a small restaurant, have the enthusiasm top drive the business forward and the creativity to improve the current offer.
There is a small team of 3 so this would suit a sous chef looking for their first head chef role or a head chef looking for a better work/life balance.
