We are keen to find 2 x Head Chefs to manage a traditional Brasserie style operation in a busy professional block in the centre of Riyadh and Jeddah. The kitchens all produce fresh food, so experience is essential, ideally to a 2aa rosette level preferably.
You will have input into sourcing, purchasing, training, menu development and service delivery as well as the usual day to day operational duties that come with managing a busy 50 cover restaurant outlet.
Experience in a variety of types of European cuisine is important, but your ability to train a team is essential as these types of dishes are very new to this brigade. Consistency is essential, as are staff morale and development.
