My client is looking for a passionate Head Chef for their restaurant with rooms. With its 40 covers and private dining for 20 this small restaurant is looking to push the boundaries on its offering. They currently hold 1 rosette but are looking to gain 2 as soon as possible. The fine dining is mainly offered on the evening with the lunch being more of a ‘New York’ Brunch offering.

 

My client needs a Head Chef that can run both sides of this operation, manage the small brigade of 6 to get maximum output while keeping control of food and labour costs. This is a chance to help develop the property on the fine dining while creating a bit of a profile for yourself in the area. The successful head chef will be hands on in at least a 1 rosette property currently looking to push their career on.
