My client a privately owned pub in Warwickshire are looking for a head chef to manage there kitchen operation. The property is privately owned so there is plenty of Autonomy for the successful head chef and are willing for the head chef to change the menu as long as certain popular dishes remain.
The pub has a team of around 5 staff, so a fairly small team so my client would look at a sous chef from a good pub background looking for their first head chef role.
The successful head chef will show an ambition to push the property on and improve further on its relationship while managing the team and costs. Good knowledge of HACCP is essential
