Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Salary: £42,000 per annum + Paid breaks
Welcome Bonus: £1,000
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (45 hours/week, rolling shifts)
We’re recruiting a Head Chef for a vibrant retirement village in Witney. This is your chance to create exceptional dining experiences, from daily meals to special events, while leading a talented kitchen team.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to diverse needs.
- Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting, stock control, and compliance.
- Inspire and mentor your team to deliver excellence.
- Collaborate with teams to support special events and activities.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven leadership in a professional kitchen, ideally catering to varied dietary needs.
- A passion for food, creativity, and top-notch service.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (preferred).
