My client a privately owned restaurant in Hereford are looking for a head chef to launch there exciting steak concept. The kitchen is well kitted out with all the modern toys, so exposure to working at a high level property would be advantageous, all food is made fresh in house so the successful head chef will need to be creative.

 

The head chef will manage a 4 man team over 5 days to serve the 70 cover restaurant. They will write the menus and grow the business at this exciting time for the property. The role would suit someone coming out of a busy fresh food gastro pub who has worked at a rosette level earlier in there career.

 

My client would look at a strong sous chef ready for there first head chef role.
