The head chef will manage a property turning over £4million+ on food, there are 3 kitchens, a 150 cover restaurant, banqueting for 750 plus and over 200 bedrooms.
The successful head chef will have experience at a similar high level, have managed large brigades, they will have a brigade of 37, be comfortable in meetings as there will be plenty of administration work.
This is a great role for an established head chef/executive head chef looking to test themselves further
