My client is looking for a head chef for their fine dining property in Gloucestershire. The hotel has 60 rooms with an emphasis on quality, in food and operations. The hotel currently caters for around 60 in the restaurant with 75 weddings a year and some other C&B.
The head chef will have a stable background, be a strong leader for managing the 11-man team and have cooked in quality properties. Working under an exec chef there will be guidance available for the successful applicant as they go about the day to day management of the kitchen.
The successful head chef will earn an attractive salary of up to £45k alongside tips and benefits such as discounted stay, childcare vouchers and training program.
