Here you will have freedom with menu’s and being diverse in the types of events you will be running, from Canapes, buffets to plated fine dining dinners. You will be able to produce high quality food with a smile and a great work life balance.

As Head Chef, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

  • Proven ability in a similar environment with a high turnover and large brigade.
  • The ability to manage, retain and nurture a team.
  • Menu development to create profitable and creative menus.
  • Quality driven and passionate
  • A friendly and calm nature in which to be client facing

 

The Head Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following: –

  • Carrying out Chef and Management duties in a professional and credible manner.
  • Operation and management of the kitchen.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
  • Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
