My Client in Wiltshire is looking for a Head chef to continue their great reputation in the area. All food is locally sourced wherever possible, running seasonal menu alongside pub classics and a grill offering.
They are looking for a head chef that will be able to offer the finer side of the seasonal menu while not losing sight of the pub classics. Previous gastropub experience and exposure at rosette experience would be preferable
This is a great opportunity for a head chef to join a great gastropub. In return my client will pay the right head chef up to £32000 plus tips.
