The Head Chef post would suit a senior Sous or first or even second time Head Chef, but ideally you will have previous experience in a premium kitchen, possibly Rosettes, but not essential if your food was fresh and creative.

 

The business is booming, but its very well organised. You are responsible for the functions and banqueting as well, but this works like a well-oiled machine.
