Hours are various

Must be flexible and have worked in a similar environment previously.

The Role is working 40 hours per week, plus overtime, £30-35k

Must have previous experience as Head Chef in Restaurants, Pubs or Hotels

Managing a small team of chefs

Preparation and cooking of food

Ensure the kitchen areas are clean and tidy

Attend relevant training sessions as required

Perform any further duties as requested by management

Great knowledge of food preparation and hygiene certificate

Working knowledge of commercial kitchens and equipment

Able to communicate at all levels
