My client is looking for a head chef to run one of their busy outlets at this destination venue. Working closely with a knowledgeable exec chef you will help to continue the growth of this busy property. Managing a team of around 10 you will look after the restaurant and banqueting operation.
The successful head chef will be used to large numbers, managing the food cost of the kitchen and it will be a hands on role running service and making sure standards are met across site.
