This is hotel number 3 in the portfolio with more on the horizon.  This is a multi outlet hotel but nothing monstrous – relatively quiet during the week with covers in the restaurant of 20 – 40 with stunning events space for weddings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a professional kitchen team across multiple service areas
• Plan for weddings, events, and conferences with precision and organisation
• Manage kitchen staffing, rotas, training, and performance
• Ensure effective communication between kitchen, events, and front-of-house teams
• Control food costs, stock levels, supplier relationships, and GP margins
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and legal compliance (HACCP, COSHH)
• Support the overall guest experience by ensuring reliable and consistent kitchen operations
