A stunning recently refurbished 4* hotel & spa near Loughborough is looking for a Head Chef to take this hotel to the next level. You will have a 20 chef brigade including a team that specialises in C&B and another for the restaurant. This is a serious operation but with the most amazing senior supportive management team.
The team is strong enough to be left – this is a role where the Head Chef will oversee the majority of the time however at times you will be “on the tools”.
