Fancy putting your own stamp on one of London's most exciting Middle Eastern restaurants?

We're working with an exciting restaurant business to find an ambitious, commercially minded Head Chef to take ownership of the kitchen, evolve the menu and help shape the next chapter of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who combines creativity with strong business acumen. You'll have genuine input into the culinary direction of the restaurant, developing seasonal dishes and exciting specials while staying true to its established identity.

We're particularly keen to hear from chefs with experience in Middle Eastern, Turkish, Eastern Mediterranean, grill or live-fire cooking.

• £70,000–£75,000 package, depending on experience.

Responsibilities of Head Chef?

• Leading the kitchen and setting the culinary direction.

• Developing seasonal menus, specials and new dishes.

• Recruiting, training and building a strong, motivated kitchen team.

• Taking ownership of food GP, labour costs, purchasing, stock and waste.

• Maintaining exceptional standards across food quality, consistency and food safety.

• Working closely with the General Manager and directors to drive the business forward.

• Representing the business at pop-ups, food festivals, guest-chef collaborations and industry events.

 

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a quality, high-volume restaurant.

• A background in Middle Eastern, Turkish, Eastern Mediterranean, grill or live-fire cooking is highly desirable.

• Strong commercial awareness, including food GP, labour costs, purchasing and stock control.

• Experience recruiting, training and developing a kitchen team.

• A hands-on approach and the confidence to lead busy services.

• Creativity, balanced with commercial awareness and respect for an established restaurant identity.
