Senior Regional Chef – B&I

London & Home Counties | Monday to Friday | £50,000 plus car allowance

 

Are you a passionate and inspiring Head Chef or Executive Chef ready to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to move into a varied regional role supporting high-profile business and industry sites.

 

Based primarily in London, with travel across the Home Counties, you will work closely with operational teams to uphold exceptional food and service standards, strengthen site performance and provide dependable support wherever it is needed.

 

The role

• Support sites at both managerial and hands-on operational levels.
• Quickly identify challenges and deliver calm, practical and effective solutions.
• Help develop and write creative, commercially sound menus.
• Support tastings and deliver confident client presentations.
• Provide Head Chef cover when required, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

 

Hours: 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday.

 

Package: £50,000 per annum, plus car allowance and expenses.

 

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, with the ambition to progress into a regional role.
• A broad background spanning B&I catering, events and restaurants.
• Strong operational expertise and the confidence to step in and lead when required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm, process-driven approach.
• Clear, confident communication and presentation skills.
• A genuine passion for exceptional food and service.
• The flexibility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car; a car allowance is included in the package.
