Hospitality Head Chef – B&I | EC2 London | £53,000 | Mon–Fri
We’re looking for a creative, passionate Hospitality Head Chef to lead the hospitality kitchen within a modern corporate site in the City of London. You’ll deliver premium events, functions, canapés and fine dining using top‑quality seasonal ingredients.
The Role
- Lead all hospitality food production: events, functions, canapés, fine dining
- Work closely with the Exec Chef on seasonal menu development
- Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional standards
- Control budgets, costs and kitchen operations
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
About You
- Strong, stable background in corporate hospitality, fine dining or rosette kitchens
- Creative, passionate and confident with presentation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure and able to handle last‑minute changes
- Team‑focused, friendly and professional
