My client is looking for a head chef for their privately-run gastropub. The pub is completely fresh food with a good-sized kitchen and the property has gone through a refurbishment in the last 12 months. The head chef would be catering for a restaurant that seats 60 covers and has a garden that in good weather can double that. The owners are currently taking on more pubs, so this is a great time to get on board and grow with the company.
The head chef will need to drive as the pub is in a rural location, they will have good exposure working in a fast-paced environment while dealing with fresh food. The team is small, so it would be possible for a first time head chef to take this role on and grow with the property as there is plenty of support with the owners.
