My Client are looking for a head chef for their rosette awarded hotel in Cornwall. Working under an excellent executive chef the head chef will look after one of the restaurants within the hotel. Consistently serving up to 200 diners a day, this is a fast paced, high quality environment.

 

The Succesfull head chef will have worked at a rosette level with in hotels throughout their career. Be comfortable writing and costing menus and leading a busy team in a hotel environment.
