My client is looking for a Head Chef to run their prestigious wedding venue in the North Cotswolds. All food is prepared fresh on site at it will be the head chefs responsibility to run the small brigade and make sure high standards are kept. The Head Chef will be liaising with the group exec, hes a great guy, on a regular basis so there is support but you are left to run your kitchen.
As this is a wedding venue there are periods when you need to roll up your sleeves and get it done but also there is opportunities to have some down time as well. This great company really engage their employees taking them out for meals with other chefs in the company and arranging days out at suppliers.
The successful Head Chef can expect to earn £30k+ and join the company bonus scheme while getting time back throughout the year. There will be times when expected to work at other sides so a little bit of travelling may be required but this is kept to a minimum.
