This a great opportunity for a Head Chef with a strong background in fresh food who may have worked at rosette level previously.

My client is looking for a head chef with solid butchery skills, good understanding of reaching GP targets and a strong background in restaurants. Previous exposure at working in an environment where smoking techniques are used would be an advantage.

This property has two sister properties which offer support to the head chef with staffing and there may be a chance in the future to grow within the company to a role overseeing other properties. For the right Head Chef my client will pay up to £40000 with the potential of a bonus structure.
