I am looking for a head chef for my clients flagship pub in the North Wessex Downs. The pub had been closed 4 years and has been brought back to life by this company. The kitchen is be brand new with an all induction kitchen looking to gain 2 rosettes, this property will be food led. Sat in 200 acres of land all the game and lamb served will come of the estate so great local produce. The Company offer support when needed but let you get on and do your own thing


This role comes with a 3 bedroom cottage within the 200 acre estate


The successful head chef will have previously worked in busy properties, have worked at 2 rosette level minimum and be looking to do good fresh food in a laid back environment. The head chef will be comfortable running a brigade of 6 in a fast paced environment
