A Head Chef is required for a boutique hotel for a Ski Season in France. You will get paid weekly with all your travel, skis pass, food and accommodation is FREE. This is perfect for a Head Chef who wants to jet off to France from Mid December 2019 – Mid April 2020.

 

Your journey will start by flying to Geneva and then head to the French/Swiss border by taxi to join the hotel and join one of the most luxurious hotels France. The ideal Head Chef will have a Rosette background due to the standard of food and presentation.

 

As a Head Chef you will be cooking for 20 – 40 guests a day – you will be cooking the breakfast and dinner (closed for lunch) if you get your jobs done you can go off and Ski etc. Dinner consists of a set 4 course meal that changes every day.

You will have a Chef de Partie and a Commis/Kitchen Assistant.

 

You will get paid every week 500 euros a week – to add to this the following is FREE.

  • FREE Return Flights to France

  • FREE Loan of skis or snowboards for the seasonal
  • FREE Ski Season Pass

 

The ideal Head Chef will have an interest in Winter Sports.
