My client is looking for a head chef to work at their busy banqueting operation. Working underneath the newly appointed executive head chef you will assist on all sides of managing this kitchen. My client have built their business focusing on a fresh food offering, they are growing rapidly which will offer succesful candidates the chance to grow with the business.

The Head Chef should have experience in quality fresh food operations, have done large banqueting in their career, 500 covers plus have experience in kitchen management and be looking to push on their own careers. There will be plenty of support from the company and from the executive chef so would suit a sous chef looking for a step up. Rosette experience would be preferable alongside a good banqueting background
