The hotel boast 20 rooms and can hold functions up to 120 covers. This role would suit a sous chef ready for their first head chef or a head chef looking to make a name for themselves in the area.

The successful head chef will have a strong background in hotels while being able to demonstrate a flair for cooking and an ability to manage the financial side of a kitchen.
