*Head Chef required for this popular Adventure Park*

 

You will get a free reign to develop the Menus, within the criteria the client requires.

 

You will also get:

  • 40-45 hours a week
  • Daytime hours only
  • Open from 9am to 6pm
  • Head up a small dedicated team
  • Monitor consistency, costs and profit
  • Manage stock, functions and schedules

 

The position would suit a Sous Chef, or maybe a Junior Sous or CDP, but ideally you will have previous experience in a busy a la carte kitchen cooking fresh dishes to order for good volumes.
