My client, a medium sized group of hotels are looking for a head chef for their 4 star 80 bedroom hotel. The hotel has a large banqueting operation with a respected wedding trade. The hotel works to a brand standard so menu’s are set at group level.
This role would suit a head chef looking for a great working environment, used to cooking to set spec and managing a young team. Branded hotel experience would be preferential.
The Head Chef will be working with a HOD team that has been there for 7 years plus showing it is a great place to go to work.
