My client is looking to pay up to £42k OTE for this head chef role where you would be expected to reach financial targets, while managing the talented brigade of 10. This role would suit an energetic Head Chef, it is a hands on role where training and developing the brigade will be important as you continue to improve standards set at this property. You will be managing all aspects of this rosette accredited kitchen, from menus to rotas
