The client offers regular weekends off and 9 hour straight shifts with a mix of earlies and lates.

 

The site is very food focused and is looking for a head chef that has a good back ground in fresh food while comfortable dealing with large numbers. A regular day would see the head chef catering for 500 with a team of 5.

 

My client is looking for a head chef that can help develop an interesting food offering, manage the small brigade and take control of all HACCP procedures in return you will get a competitive salary, your fair share of evenings and weekends off and a great holiday package.
