Working under a highly respected executive head chef you will head up a department serving up to 800 covers. You will have a brigade of 6 chefs, have input into menus and be given full control of the department.

 

This would suit a sous chef from a very large operation or a head chef looking for a fresh challenge. The successful head chef will need to be highly organised a good man manager and experience of large numbers.
